My Philosophy
At Alle Counseling and Consulting Services, I believe that everyone has the potential to lead a fulfilling and meaningful life.
We are not defined by our past, and you are not alone as you move forward. My name is Stephanie Van Houten and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor that provides services throughout California and Nevada.
My first priority is to make sure that you feel safe and heard, and that I am here to support and empower you as you begin your journey to positive change. My style is client centered, collaborative and solution focused. You are the expert of your story and I honor that every step of the way.
Services
Alle Counseling offers individual telehealth counseling, Substance Abuse Evaluations and DOT SAP Evaluations throughout California and Nevada. My services are tailored to meet the unique needs of the clients. Please read the FAQS for additional information.
My Approach
For over a decade I have specialized in working with individuals who are suffering from alcohol and drug addiction. I also work with assisting clients with anxiety, general mental health, and self-esteem concerns.
In my practice I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to support clients as they fulfill their goals.
